Because we reserve a specific time slot just for you, we have a cancellation policy in place to respect everyone’s time.

How it works:

\nNotice at least one day prior to your appointment: No charge! We appreciate the heads-up.
\nSame-Day Changes / No-Access: If a cancellation happens on the day of service (or if our team arrives and cannot access the home), 15% of the booking total will be charged. This ensures our cleaning professionals are compensated for the time they set aside for you.
